Thank you to everyone who participated in the Show Us Your Backyard Photo Contest by submitting beautiful photos of what’s in your “backyard”.

RULES:

• Photo submissions must be original work of the entrant. If photos are found to be breaching copyright laws or not the sole property of the photographer, the entrant will be disqualified from the contest.
• Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel, which is by email to slmhcfoundation@gmail.com. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
• SLMHC Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
• By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by the Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre Foundation for advertising and promotional purposes.
• Submissions will not be accepted after 11:59 p.m. on Monday, July 5, 2021.
• All entrants will be submitted into a random draw for a $50 gift card.
• There is no limit on the number of photo submissions per photographer. However, there is only one entry per photographer.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received after [three] business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
• The prize can be picked up at Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre or mailed to the winner.
• This contest is open to anyone in Ontario, Canada. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
