MRI Construction to Begin Starting September 16

Sioux Lookout, Ontario – September 4, 2025 – Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre (SLMHC) and the SLMHC Foundation are excited to announce construction will begin on the MRI starting Tuesday, September 16.

In preparation for this, our traffic flow into our Ambulatory Care Entrance will permanently change. All vehicles dropping off patients at the Ambulatory Care Entrance will be required to flow through the parking gate on the main road and pull a gate ticket. Our parking system allows a grace period of 15 minutes for drop-offs and pick-ups, and exit during this time can be done by simply using the gate ticket that was pulled upon entry.
